Can sit in on Officer meetings

Duty:
To watch over the S.W.A.T memebers closely and fix or correct any problems that are brought up to him.
Privledges:
Can promote S.W.A.T members up to SSG

MAJ
Duty:
Take command of S.W.A.T in absience of the Comminsioner.
Privledges:
Can promote S.W.A.T members to LT
Set up S.W.A.T Training Times.
Run a patrol
